It's about time nacho fries came back! We swung by today just to get some to snack on. Cars were lining up in the drive thru for lunch. Our turn came to order, then the wait. We could smell them frying!
Dad was excited. We would eat them for breakfast if we can! I forgot to ask. Dad clutched that bag like his life depended on it until we got home. We divided up and dug in.
The cheese sauce is not bland. It has a spicy flavor without the spicy heat. French fries were dipped, chewed, dipped, repeat. This will become a huge habit with us for awhile.
The only difference from before was that these were a dollar before, but now we paid $2.58 for 2 orders. OK, a few cents more. Not gonna cry about it, just glad we had enough cash on hand. It's a guilty pleasure for dad and I.
I have coupons somewhere so I can actually order other food to accompany those fries. Just not today. -

I waited 50 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the window and them to say, "we ran out of rice so we made it without, Hope that's okay!" And sent me on my way. I also think if you're going to have a 50 minute wait at least warn people at the speaker before we get trapped by the wall.
